1. Introduction

1.                 Account and Password

1. Mobile phone number registration. If you use your mobile phone number to register for our product, you need to provide your mobile phone number and verification code. If you refuse to provide the aforementioned personal information, registration may not succeed. You need to understand that the matching result of the mobile phone number and verification code is your personal sensitive information, and we collect such information based on relevant requirements of laws and regulations. If you refuse to provide it, it may prevent you from registering an account and using related product features. Please carefully consider before choosing whether to provide it.

2. Third-party account registration. If you log in using an account from a third-party platform (such as Apple ID or others), we will obtain information associated with that third-party account (including username, nickname, avatar, gender, and regional information) as well as identity verification information based on your authorization. We promise that the collection of the above information is used to provide you with account login services and ensure the security of your account, as well as to prevent security risks. If you decline to authorize such information, you will not be able to log in to our platform using a third-party platform account, but this will not affect the normal use of other products and services we provide.

2.                 Personal Account Information.  You may also choose to fill in a nickname, avatar, or other information based on the specific circumstances of this product to complete your account information. Such account information will be displayed on your personal profile page to enhance your social experience. You can choose whether to fill in and display it.  We will not associate or process such information with your personal identity.

3.                 Device Information.We will collect yourhardware device model, screen width and height, software version information you use, your operating system and version, your IP Address, your location, mobile network information, your device ID, device manufacturer, device model, carrier, IMEI/android ID /IDFA/OPENUDID/GUID, SIM card, IMSI informationto generate a unique identifier for you on Wanba; at the same time, it is used for data statistical analysis and to determine whether you are logged in on other devices, in order to combat cheating software, illegal programs, and control device flashing, and to determine device flashing and account theft, etc.

4.                 Transaction Information.We will collect your order and transaction information to determine the transaction status and provide relevant information support in dispute resolution.

5.                 When you initiate a complaint, appeal, or consultation with us,  for the security of your account and system, we may need you to provide account information first and match it with your previous personal information to verify your user identity. Meanwhile, to facilitate contact with you or help you resolve issues,  we may also need you to provide personal information such as your name, mobile phone number, and other contact details.  Additionally,  we will also collect communication information between you and us (including in the form of text, pictures, audio & video, and call records).  We collect this information to investigate facts and help you resolve issues. If you refuse to provide the above information, we may not be able to provide you with timely feedback on the results of your complaint, appeal, or consultation.

6.                 Album function. When you use the image upload function, we will collect the information of the above image content that you actively provide. Meanwhile, with your consent, we will also access your phone's album permission to facilitate your image upload.By uploading an image, you are deemed to have authorized us to access, obtain, collect, and use your personal information; however, unless you have deleted your personal information in accordance with the law, your cancellation will not affect our processing and storage of your personal information based on your previous authorization.

7.                 Geographical location. When you enable the location function of your device and post a dynamic,based on the location function provided by geographical location,we may collect information about your geographical location, including obtaining the time zone location,the purpose of which is to push relevant content to you at appropriate times based on the time zone you belong to. You can stop our collection of your geographical location information at any time by turning off the location function. If you refuse to provide this information, it will only prevent you from using this function, but will not affect your normal use of other functions of the product and/or service. You can enable/cancel this permission at any time through the relevant function settings of your device.

8.                 You understand and agree that  we may collect and use your personal information without obtaining your prior consent in the following circumstances:

5. Storage and Protection of Your Personal Information

6. Your Rights to Manage Personal Information

1.                 You have the right to access your personal information

2.                 You have the right to correct and modify your personal information

When you find that the personal information you provided to us contains registration errors, is incomplete, or has been updated, you may correct or modify your personal information in our products or services.

3.                 For some of your personal information, we provide you with operation settings on the relevant function pages of the product, and you can directly correct or modify it, including your avatar. 4.                 Under normal circumstances, you can directly correct and modify the content you have posted, and browse and modify the information you have submitted at any time. However, for security and identity verification reasons, you may not be able to independently modify certain initial registration information (such as real-name authentication information) submitted during registration. If you do need to modify such information, you can submit a correction request by calling the customer service hotline, sending an email, or contacting online customer service. We will review the issues involved within 15 working days, and after a dedicated person verifies your user identity, we will respond promptly.

5.                 You have the right to delete your personal information

1. You can directly delete some of your personal information, such as the posts you have published.  However, you should be aware that your nickname or avatar serves as your online identity identifier and is not currently supported for deletion. If you cancel your account, such information will be deleted together.

3. When you cancel your personal information, the information of the device you use, etc., will be deleted along with the account information.

4. Additionally, in the following situations, you may submit a request to us through online customer service to delete your personal information:

▪                 If our handling of personal information violates the agreement with you;

▪                 If you no longer use our products or services;

6.                 You have the right to withdraw your authorization for personal information

1. If you are using an Android device, you can revoke your authorization for the phone photo album through "Settings - Permission Management - Storage" on the device. If you are using an iOS device, you can revoke your authorization for the phone photo album through "Settings - Privacy - Photos" on the device.

2. If you are using a device with the Android system, you can revoke your authorization for the microphone through "Settings - Permission Management - Microphone" on the device. If you are using a device with the iOS system, you can revoke your authorization for the microphone through "Settings - Privacy - Microphone" on the device.

3. If you are using a device with the Android system, you can revoke your authorization for the camera function through "Settings - Permission Management - Camera" on the device. If you are using a device with the iOS system, you can revoke your authorization for the camera function through "Settings - Privacy - Camera" on the device.

4. If you are using a device with the Android system, you can revoke your authorization for location information through "Settings - Permission Management - Location Information" on the device. If you are using a device with the iOS system, you can revoke your authorization for location information through "Settings - Privacy - Location Information" on the device.

5. You need to understand that after you revoke your authorization to the third-party platform, we will no longer be able to continue providing you with the specific functions and/or services corresponding to the revoked authorization.  However, your decision to revoke authorization will not affect the personal information processing that has been carried out based on your previous authorization.

7.                 Cancelled By User

You may initiate the account cancellation process by deleting the account path or contacting the customer service email. You acknowledge that account cancellation is an irreversible operation, and you should back up all account-related information and data on your own. Before confirming the operation, ensure that all services related to the account have been properly handled. Your affirmative consent to cancel the account does not imply that the account's actions and related responsibilities prior to cancellation are waived or mitigated. For example, if your account is subject to complaints from others, under investigation by state authorities, or involved in litigation or arbitration proceedings during the cancellation period, we reserve the right to unilaterally terminate the account cancellation without seeking your further consent. Meanwhile, you understand and agree that, before deleting or anonymizing the personal information associated with this account, we need a certain period of time to properly sort out and process such personal information in order to maximize the protection of your and other users' legitimate rights and interests. Therefore, there may be a certain delay in our deletion or anonymization of the personal information associated with this account.

VII. Our Protection of Juveniles

1.                 Juveniles shall obtain the consent of their guardians before using our products and/or services. If you are a Juvenile, before using our products and/or services, you shall read this Privacy Policy together under the supervision and guidance of your guardian, and shall use our products and/or services and submit personal information under the affirmative consent and guidance of your guardian.
